Annual Registration Fee: €50

Exempt Members

To ensure access and inclusivity, the following categories of members are exempt from paying fees:

  • Scholars, activists, community representatives, professionals, and stakeholders in the field of food and gastronomy in the Global South (as defined by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, UNCTAD).

  • Students, undergraduates, doctoral and postgraduate students, and recent graduates (within one year) at universities in the Global North and Global South.

Sustaining Members

By choosing to become a Sustaining Member, you enhance the society's capacity to organize events, finance research projects, and create new opportunities in the gastronomic world. In gratitude for your valuable support, Sustaining Members enjoy exclusive benefits, recognition, and special privileges that showcase your dedication to gastronomic excellence.

Annual Registration Fee: €500

Becoming a Sustaining Member offers various benefits, including:

1. Free presence with the institution's logo and link on the ISGSS website.

2. The opportunity to mention the role as an ISGSS Supporting Member on your institution's website, with a possible link to the ISGSS site.

3. The chance to organize events and initiatives in collaboration with ISGSS.

4. Access to the ISGSS network and online events.

5. Discounts for participation in in-person events organized by the ISGSS, such as congresses.
